We want to buy your wines. Currently there are many individuals and institutions that are
actively searching for specific, fine and rare wines. This includes a large number of our
clients. Therefore, we'd like to either make you an outright offer for your fine wines,
or provide you with a complimentary valuation.
Selling us your wines allows you to clear cellar space for the arrival of new selections,
to reinvest in younger vintages or to capitalise on gains made from earlier purchases.
Working with our dedicated purchasing team is also faster, simpler and generally more
lucrative than transacting with an auction house. Additionally, our complete suite of buying
services means that we are as interested in massive cellars as we are in smaller vertical
collections and individual cases.
Our buying department can accommodate all sizes of transaction and we can conduct them in
a swift and seamless manner for rapid payment. We are ideally situated to assist you with
large sales or divestments and we are interested in buying your fine wines today.

Please be aware that we are always searching for specific, rare wines. Often this is
because a valued client has requested that we source a particular vintage or collectable
for them. Please contact us for an updated list
of the exact wines we are currently looking for.
Quality
For any perspective purchase, it is important that the stock be in impeccable
condition. This means good labels, intact capsules and high fill levels. We also
require a full description of each wine – including details of where the wine is
stored, the provenance and the condition.
Contract Options
There are several contract options available when we purchase your wines. With an outright sale, we
take possession of your wines and release payment to you within 21 business days.
Alternatively, selling your wines to us on consignment is the smart option if you are not in a rush.
Part of the advantage of consignment sales is that these agreements generally result in higher,
pre-purchase valuations. In a consignment arrangement we will have exclusive sale rights for a specific
time period but do not take physical possession of the wines until after the resulting transactions are completed.
Appraisals
For complimentary appraisals, please email or fax us a completed appraisal form
(downloadable here as an Excel spreadsheet) that lists the complete contents of your cellar. Please
remember to save the spreadsheet as a new file before beginning work on it. Optionally, arrange an
in-person evaluation by directly contacting our buying team.
To request an appraisal, please email or fax us a completed
appraisal form (an Excel spreadsheet) listing the contents
of your cellar. Please remember to save the form to your hard drive before
working on it.
